The Horacio Oduber Hospital Aruba is proud and honored to be part of the IHF Community! Since April 2024, we’ve had the pleasure of being approved by the IHF Executive Committee as a new IHF Stand-alone Associate Member for 2024.

The International Hospital Federation is a global not-for-profit, non-governmental membership organization. Representatives from hospitals and health systems worldwide first gathered in June 1929 at the International Hospital Congress in Atlantic City, USA. Following the success of this congress, the International Hospital Association was founded to continue the group's ambition of learning from each other to improve health service delivery. The IHF provides its members with a platform for knowledge exchange and networking with various actors in the health sector. Motivated by a shared commitment to well-managed hospitals, our members work together to enhance the standard, quality, and level of healthcare service delivery.
With their headquarters in "International Geneva," they have built strong working relationships with a range of influential partners. This unique ecosystem brings together international organizations, NGOs, and permanent missions to respond to global challenges.
Horacio Oduber Hospital Aruba is proud to be part of this collaboration, where, together with internationally renowned stakeholders, we will tackle the increasing complexity of the healthcare environment.

HOH will also be joining the 47th World Hospital Congress in Rio next week, focused on leadership, innovation, sustainability and workforce. Aruba’s hospital will be presenting to other hospitals and governments including examples of the transformations made through the last years, and above all, share our ideas of how we make accessible healthcare for everyone happen, no matter your background, ethnicity, culture and more.
