Welcome to Your HOH Patient Portal


Our Patient Portal is a secure online environment that allows you to manage your healthcare at Horacio Oduber Hospital Aruba. It is part of HiX, our hospital’s electronic health record system, which ensures that your medical information is safely stored and easily accessible.

Once your account has been created by our Team Digital Services, you will always log in with your personal PIN, ensuring that only you can access your personal health information.

The portal is available as a web portal and mobile app (available for Apple and Android). You can download the app at home, so it’s ready to use when you first register at the hospital.

Getting Started

To use the Patient Portal, you must first visit our Team Digital Services at the
hospital.

What to bring:

  • Valid ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID)
  • Mobile phone with the app installed
  • For children under 18, parents can register with proper ID
  • Authorized representatives can register using an official authorization letter along with copies of the patient’s and representative’s ID
  • Minimum age: 18 years
