Welcome to HOH Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal is a secure online environment that allows you to get insight and manage your healthcare from our hospital. The portal is available as a web portal and mobile app called HiX from the company ChipSoft:

Download the app so it's ready to be activated by our eDesk team at the hospital. You will have to pass by personally to register.
Once your account has been created by our eDesk, you will always log in with your personal PIN, ensuring that only you can access your personal health information. Minimum age to activate your account is 16.

Getting Started
To use the Patient Portal, you must first visit our eDesk at the hospital.
What to bring:
- Valid ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID)
- Mobile phone with the app installed
- For children under 16, parents can register with proper ID
- Authorized representatives can register using an official authorization letter along with copies of the patient’s and representative’s ID
- Minimum age: 16 years

How the Portal Works
It is part of HiX, our hospital’s electronic health record system, which ensures that your medical information is safely stored and easily accessible. All of our healthcare professionals have been trained and information from different departments are synced.
Upon your approval, your general physician also has the possibility to see your hospital information if needed to continue treatments etc.

1. Can I register for the portal online?
No – your first registration must be done in person at the eDesk.
2. Who can access my account?
Only you and any authorized representatives with proper documentation.
3. Can my child use the portal?
Yes – parents can register for children under 18 with proper ID.
4. Is the app available in English or other languages?
The portal is currently in Dutch only, but guides are available in multiple languages.
