Visiting hours
Visiting hours vary by department. Exceptions to the visitor management guidelines may be granted by the ward manager in case-by-case situations.
REGULAR PATIENT WARDS
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM AND 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
PEDIATRIC WARD
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM AND 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
For parents or close relatives visits are allowed between 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Only one (1) parent is allowed to stay over.
MATERNITY WARD
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM AND 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
The partner or spouse is welcome from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
During birthing process, the patient is allowed to have two (2) visitors present.
ICU/CCU
Stroke department (part of B3 ward)
CCU on ward B4
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM AND 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Visitor Guidelines
- Registration is always required at the Information Desk situated at the main entrance of the hospital.
- Patients need rest. Therefore, we only allow two (2) visitors simultaneously per patient. A visitor counts as 12 years and older.
- Children under 12 years are not allowed.
- If a patient is in critical condition, the visiting hours can be discussed with the ward manager or a senior staff member.
- It is not always possible to plan certain activities of the care process (such as treatment, doctor-patient visits) outside visiting hours. So It may occur that as a patient, you won't be able to receive visitors during the allowed visiting hours because of this.
- Do not sit on the bed and please do not use the patient's bathroom.
