Facilities (provisions)
We provide several facility services at our Hospital. If you need anything while admitted please check with one of our staff whether we have it in-house and/or whether possible.
We have WIFI on premises
Please do keep in mind that it might be slow if many users are online at the same time.
Deli Counter & Market
The Deli Market located in the lobby/Area A of the Hospital sells a variety of items. You can get personal items, gift items, sandwiches, drinks, magazines and much more. The opening hours are:
– Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
– Saturday & Sunday from 8.00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
*Exceptions may apply during Holidays.
Spiritual Care
The hospital is open to patients of all beliefs and religious convictions. If you would like to speak to one of our spiritual workers, please ask our nursing staff and they will arrange it for you.
The chapel on the ground floor next to the department of Radiology is open for a moment of rest, reflection, and/or prayer. It is open from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that it is not allowed to light candles to prevent any fire hazards. Our Hospital does not allow visitors to preach to our patients. For special permissions, please contact our Spiritual Care department.
Wheelchairs & special parking
The Hospital has wheelchairs available to visitors visiting the Hospital for treatment or examination. A wheelchair can be obtained with permission of one of our security staff. Please use the drop off point if accompanying a wheelchair/ handicapped patient. We do have accessible car parking space available. Please let our security staff guide and provide you with the necessary information.
Using your mobile telephone
The use of mobile telephones by patients and visitors is not allowed everywhere. The electromagnetic fields of a mobile telephone can cause malfunction of certain medical equipment. You are kindly requested to turn off your mobile telephone where necessary, or if you are asked to do so by the staff. Please keep this in mind. Thank you for understanding!
