The Doctors and staff of the Dr. Horacio E. Oduber Hospital do their utmost to treat you, take care of you, and assist you the best they can. It may happen that you are treated very well and want to give a staff member or whole unit a compliment.
It may also occur that you had a bad experience during your visit or stay at the Dr. Horacio E. Oduber Hospital. It is important to the Hospital that your satisfaction as well as your dissatisfaction can be discussed. In addition, a complaint can be an important advice to improve the quality of care.

The staff of the Dr. Horacio E. Oduber Hospital do their utmost to make sure that your visit or stay are pleasant and efficient. Despite all motivation and efforts of the staff, it may occur that one of our services does not quite meet your expectations. It may also happen that the service was not what you had expected. It is essential that we hear about these situations, so that improvements can be made where necessary.
The best way to express your dissatisfaction is by discussing it with the person(s) responsible for it. This is the quickest way to eliminate the cause of your dissatisfaction. If this is not possible, you can always ask for the manager of the department or you can contact the complaints officer for information and advice regarding your dissatisfaction.
