Work and residence permit
In order to be able to work and live in Aruba as a “non-Aruban” you need a valid work and residence permit. Obtaining this permit requires quite some documents and time. Relocation and accommodation
(Temporarily) moving to Aruba from another country involves quite some organizing. The hospital will assist you in making the relocation process easier. We will give you all the necessary information concerning all that has to be arranged to be able to move to Aruba. Costs to obtain the work and residence permit will be reimbursed by the hospital, and you will also receive an allowance for the costs of settling. You will be assisted in the process of accommodation and other related affairs.

Each day approximately 22,000 students receive education in over 80 schools. Classes are taught in Dutch and secondary education examinations are equal to the ones given in the Netherlands.
